Meadow Dairy Creek is a “seasonal grazing dairy” with approximately 80 Jersey cows.   They make raw milk cheeses that are aged between sixty days and one year.   Their website doesn’t indicate that they sell directly from the farm, but they can be found Whole Foods and specialty stores in the region.
