Smith Meadows sells are range of organic meats and poultry.  Beyond the average steaks and chops they also sell less common items like ox tail, cubed goat, and sausage, too.  You can buy direct from the farm and also at many farmers markets around region including Arlington Courthouse, Del Ray, Takoma Park, Dupont Circle, Falls Church and Chevy Chase.

Smith Meadows is hosting their first Farm Day in 2009.  The general public will be invited out to the farm to experience a working farm.  In addition to the Farm Day, they also host cooking classes and have a bed and breakfast on the farm.  Check their website for all the details.
