Touchstone sells Certified Humane lamb, wool, and pelts.  Lambs are generally sold in whole or half-lamb portions and have four package options, which you can find on their website. The sheep they raise are pure-bred Clun Forest Sheep, which they have plenty of information about on their website.

They also raise some poultry, primarily ornamentals like Bantam Chickens, Peafowl and Lahore Pigeons.  According to their website, they also raise a few geese for Christmas Goose fans each year.

Touchstone does not provide farm tours, but does encourage customers to pick up their food at the farm, so you can get peek of where your food comes from.  Be sure to review the ordering information carefully.  It seems a bit daunting at first, but I’m sure if you call them they’ll walk you through things.
