Even’ Star has a focus on heirlooms and varieties particularly suited for our climate. They are very thoughtful about what they grow. Summer has delicious tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers that really stand out, winter has terrific greens, radishes, and the most amazing varieties of sweet potatoes. The farm publishes a book of recipes centered around the unique varieties that they grow.
