Thanks very much for the great pictures and also the size comparison of the Methley plum! I want to purchase a plum tree reminiscent of my childhood, and without knowing the type, have been searching everywhere for the right one. Based on the descriptions I have been reading of Methley, I believed that was the one. Thanks to your pictures, description, and comparison, I have hit the jackpot! Now I know Methley is definitely the one! (I even googled "bite-size plum" and got nothing). You're now on my Favorites list!
Do you have any pics of the flesh of this plum?
